At High Profile Buyer’s Agent, our fees are designed to be simple, transparent, and aligned with securing the right property for you.
We work exclusively for buyers, providing end-to-end support from strategy through to successful purchase. Our focus is on delivering value through expert advice, market insight, and strong negotiation.
Engagement Fee
To commence working together, an Engagement Fee of $5,500 (incl. GST) is payable.
This allows us to begin:

developing your buying strategy

researching suitable suburbs and properties
-
identifying on and off-market opportunities
-
coordinating inspections and due diligence
The engagement fee is non-refundable and secures our time and commitment to your property search.
Success Fee
A Success Fee is payable (less the Engagement Fee) once a property has been successfully secured and the contract becomes unconditional.
This reflects the completion of our full service, including:

sourcing and assessing properties

providing strategic advice

negotiating the purchase

guiding you through the buying process
Up to $700,000 - $12,500 incl GST
$700,001, to $1,000,000 - $15,000 inc GST
$1,000,001 to $2,500,001+ 1.75% of Purchase Price inc GST
